Salsa-cize is a Cuban dance fitness programme. You will burn calories and work all the major muscle groups using basic salsa dance moves from the Cuban salsa dance tradition (bolero, son, rumba, guaguanco). Cuban music is joyous and positive and you’re sure to be inspired by Yosvani’s unique classes.
Box-fit is an intensive 45 minute workout based on the Cuban boxing tradition. Using specialist footwork and techniques honed by masters such as multiple Olympic gold medallists Felix Savon and Teofilo Stevenson, you will build muscle and strength.
Personal training book individual sessions with Yosvani in order to coordinate your training and progress to reaching your goals. Personal training clients receive diet advice and follow the Cuban national training programme as developed through the National Sports Academy.
